Two winners, two seconds:
Moka de l’Isle ran up to our expectations, winning very easily with his young amateur rider David Cottin.
Santa Bamba, who prefers firmer ground, came second, beaten by Oculi, a very good horse who belongs to the same owner as her: Mr. Jacques Detre.
Kruscyna, who was bought in a claim race, won a grade III ridden by Jacques Ricou. Nothing could please her “novice” owner, the actor Gerald Laroche, more!
Ladie’s Choice ran well and was runner up to a very good horse, also a Turgeon, Don Mirande.
